How do I set up my deadline funnels?

Step 1 Select your campaign type
Select "Product Launch" for a campaign where all potential customers have the same fixed date.
Or choose "Evergreen" for each marketing funnel where the deadline for each prospective customer is determined by the time the funnel enters the funnel.
Step 2 Select funnel steps + release torque when lead enters the funnel
There are 4 ways someone can enter your funnel:
- When someone signs up for your email list. Deadline Funnel integrates with all major ESPs.
- When a web hook is triggered by your e-mail provider.
- When someone visits a webpage (eg "Squeeze", "Thank You", "Landing" or "Sales Page").
- E-mail triggers. If someone clicks on a link in your email.

Of course you can easily do this in your emails (or on your web pages) for fixed deadlines, but I've never seen a solution to this evergreen campaigns,
Are there any defects?
Not really. I found a few minor "issues" …
You can not currently set the deadline based on the potential customer's time zone (all based on the time zone settings that you set for each campaign).
In fact, this "shortcoming" is a good feature. Otherwise, timing may become a problem if your email software is set to a specific time zone and the deadline is set to the individual time zone of each lead.
You can also select either an upper or a lower floating bar. You can not use both on one page. (but why would you do that?)
You'll need to add the tracking code to every single webpage where your timer will be displayed. As far as I know, you can not paste the code on every page of your blog (or on all posts in a category or using a tag). Again, this is not a big deal, as I can barely think of using it to show your timer on all your pages.
Unless, for example, you want to trigger a new website visitor with a 15-minute coupon code. This is not possible with Deadline Funnel (you can only set this up for a specific landing page).
You also can not use the same timer in different campaigns (and need to set up a new campaign for each funnel). Not a big deal for me. But I imagine it's a little annoying to create a new timer (ie, a funnel) if you've "mixed" funnels (by using landing pages and timers in more than one funnel). Especially because you can not save your timer templates.
But once you get used to it, you can set up your campaign really fast.
With all the smart features you can do now, it will take some time to get used to Deadline Funnel, set everything up properly, and test your campaign settings. But that's a small price compared to all the new smart ways you can avoid real bottlenecks in your (evergreen) campaigns.
And yes, the monthly fees are probably higher than what you now pay for your timers, but the investment is definitely worth it …
